DESCRIPTION:Join us for a sunset gathering to honor those who remain in our hearts. \nAs the sun sets over the water\, we’ll come together as a community to remember those we’ve lost. This gathering offers a moment of reflection and connection for anyone carrying a loss. \nGrief doesn’t follow a calendar\, and no one should have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re missing someone dearly this season or simply want to stand alongside neighbors doing the same\, this gathering is a space to feel less alone. \nAll are welcome\, no matter your connection to hospice or Martha’s Vineyard. \nWe will meet at State Beach\, between the 2 bridges at the Camp Jabberwocky parking area. \nFor more information\, please contact Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard at (508) 693-0189.
