This is a special place to find unique\, handmade gifts for family and friends. Enjoy the beautifully decorated Dr. Daniel Fisher House\, and tasty treats at the Hospice-tality Café. Proceeds from cafe sales go directly to our Christopher Fund. This fund has been helping patients and their families pay for out-of-pocket medical and related expenses since 1998. \nAre you an artisan looking to showcase your craft and support a great cause? \nHospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard is inviting all artisans\, from candlestick makers to knitters and bakers\, to contribute to our Handmade From The Heart fundraiser. We are seeking handmade items including: \n\nOriginal artwork or photography\nKnitted\, sewn & embroidered pieces\nHandcrafted jewelry\nWoodwork & artisan home goods\nOrnaments & holiday decor\nCookies & holiday treats\nBreads & loaf cakes\nJams\, jellies & preserves\nFudge\, candies & confections\n\nPlease call the hospice office at 508-693-0189 if you have items you wish to donate. All proceeds from the sale of the items will go directly to the care of our patients and their families.
