Annual Hospice Summer Soirée

The Summer Soirée is Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard’s signature fundraising event, bringing together Island residents, visitors, supporters, and community leaders for an unforgettable evening in support of compassionate care. Held at Farm Neck Golf Club, the event features cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions, inspiring stories, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference for individuals and families facing serious illness, end-of-life, and grief. This Soiree is made possible each year thanks to countless volunteers, sponsors, donors & event attendees!

Thank you to all who attended and supported our 2026 Summer Soirée! Despite rainy weather earlier in the day, the evening turned out to be absolutely incredible. We are so grateful to our sponsors, attendees, donors, program advertisers, volunteers, staff, and everyone who made it such a beautiful and successful evening at Farm Neck. Because of your support, this year’s event was a record-breaking success, raising over $335,000! All proceeds from the Soirée will help Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard continue to serve our Island community with quality hospice, palliative and bereavement services.

We extend our deepest appreciation to our guest speaker Barbara Rush, who was joined by her mother Elizabeth Huss, for sharing her touching story of her experience with our services. We were also thrilled to share a first look at our new video, “Don’t Wait,” created by Circuit Films.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible auctioneer, Ailie Byers, who brought so much energy and warmth to the evening! We all felt the love with Hands-Up for Hospice!
