Seeking a caring and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in MA to join our hospice team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, personal care and symptom management, and emotional support in the home, facility, or inpatient setting. This position also involves some administrative responsibilities, including accurate and timely data entry to support patient care documentation and compliance in an electronic database. Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
