Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard announces the appointment of Meghan Cabral, RN, CHPN as clinical director, effective in January 2026. She succeeds Chantale Patterson, RN, who will step into the role of executive director in January following the retirement of Cathy Wozniak, HPCMV’s current executive director.
